Hotel Information

Review the meeting schedule to determine the appropriate dates for your hotel stay.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City at the rate of $258/night (single or double occupancy). You are encouraged to make your reservation early; however, please do not book rooms for nights you will not need.

The group room rate is valid for reservations made by 5 p.m. ET Monday, April 15, 2024. After that date, the remaining rooms will no longer be reserved, and subsequent reservations will be offered on a rate- and space-available basis only. Note that rooms with the group room rate are limited and may sell out on some or all the days of the AMR before April 15. If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all of your dates. Cancellations must be made before 3 p.m. Eastern time 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. As a courtesy to attendees who were unable to secure a reservation at the hotel, please email [email protected] prior to canceling your reservation as we may be able to reassign your room to another interested AMR attendee.
