Registration

To register for the 2017 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting (AMR), complete and submit the online registration form. Use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser for best results. The registration system, Eventbrite, will require you to create a username and password to register. A confirmation email will be sent from Eventbrite (orders@eventbrite.com) once registration is complete.

Everyone who attends any portion of the AMR, including invited reviewers, must register in advance of the meeting.

This year, a registration fee will be charged for the AMR to offset the costs of the meeting. Discounts are available for early registration, full-time students, and non-affiliated retirees. Invited reviewers will receive a promotion code that will allow them to register at no charge.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Full refunds will be honored for cancellations requested on or before May 12, 2017. After May 12, 2017, no requests for refunds will be honored. However, transferring your registration to an individual within the same organization is allowed.
